The mildness of the Riviera climate and sunshine will you enjoy the outdoor.
The villa built near an impasse is very quiet and has a clear sea view. You are be able enjoy once you settle on the terraces (24 and 28 m2) with garden furniture in the middle of cicadas or sharing a game of bowls on the bowling ground finely sanded in the shade of pine trees. An stone table with benc nearly, you will permit have a drink or lunch from the grill.
The pool secured by fences and 2 locked gates operates from Easter to end of September inclusive. She brings a refreshing and relaxing by the high summer temperatures. It has a solar shower and bordered by a paved beach.
A gravelled plaza within the park allows several vehicles to park easily and safely.
The hiking trails begin just a few meters from the villa and can indulge in the joys of walking, biking or the simple pleasure of admiring the magnificent views over the bay of La Ciotat.

        At the GROUND-FLOOR
   -1 Dining-room for 10 people, equipped with TV and DVD player. It provides access to ground floor to two terraces. (south and west)
   -1 Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove, fridge-freezer ....
   -1 Living room / bedroom with sea views, exit on South Terrace, (bed 140x190)
   -1 Room with sea view, exit on South Terrace, (bed 140x190)
   -1 Bedroom with 2 twin beds 90x190
   -1 Room with 2 superposed beds 90x190
   -1 Bathroom with shower, heated towel rail and electric washing machine. The W.C. is separated.

      At the FIRST FLOOR (30 m2)

  - A bed-room for 2 persons (bed 140x190) with splendid view on the sea with bathroom (shower, heated towel rail) and separete WC

The whole house is heated by electric heaters (85 euros extra from to Toussaint Easter included). For welcome, you will find the staples (coffee, tea, sugar, oil, bags, detergents and maintenance ...)
The rooms are equipped with duvets, blankets, mattress covers, bedspreads but linen (sheets, pillowcases, covers, bath towels and toiletries, towels for kitchen...) is not included in the price of the rental. It's possible to rent it (contact us for prices )

Possibility (on demand) of having a bed cot with its bedding (valance, sheets, alaise, duvet) and portable bath for baby.
The cleaning is not included (85 euros) if you leave it at our convenience.

 

The pleasure of space: The Mediterranean garden

visite du jardin méditerranéenThe villa is built on the highest part of land which is divided into terraces. Decades ago, the park was cultivated and terraced (bancaous in Provençal) are the remnants.
Today, the vegetation of olive trees, pine, arbustus, almond trees or pistachio trees is entirely "natural." Nothing has been planted, but is maintained. This is the domain of birds, squirrels and cicadas where you can enjoy the relaxing freely in the silence and calmness. A haven of peace
Dream, relax, breathe, swim, meet with family or friends, is what you offer, among other things, this paradise in Provence.
